All hair products including but not limited to shampoos, conditioners, treatments and styling products are final sale. All other items may be returned unused in the original packaging within 14 days upon receipt for refund EXCLUDING shipping fees. Laux Beauty is NOT responsible for return shipping costs.
All items purchased on lauxbeauty.com are personally packaged and double quality checked before shipping to ensure no damages occur. In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, please email info@lauxbeauty.com within 24hours upon receipt of your order. Please include detailed description of damage including photos and all order information in your email.

Consultations are free, and recommended for all services, and mandatory on selected services to ensure the highest quality results are achieved. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your service, email: info@lauxbeauty.com within 48hours of your salon service. All efforts will be made to ensure satisfactory resolution. There will be no refunds of any kind for services provide at Laux Beauty.
Classes:
A $75 Registration Fee is required to secure seat and applied as credit towards course fee. All remaining course balance are due no later than 7 days prior to class start date.
Cancelations are allowed up to 72hours prior to class start date without any re-booking fee. A $35 fee will apply if canceled with less than 72hours notice, and a $75 re-booking fee for no shows.
Students of Laux Beauty have will have no limitation of help and resources provided during and post completion of classes to ensure success. There will be no refunds of any kind for classes conducted at Laux beauty
